I came to Dalet, fairly sick, in fact I was sure I was so sick nothing could be done for me. I was desperate to feel better, turns out the body is capable of healing it self more than I imagined. I did simple recommendations very regularly and made more of a recovery than I thought capable. I've gone from being barely able to work and do normal things to being able to work 12- 14 hour days. I'm very happy I was able to accomplish this with Dalet's help.

Meagan is wonderful and very knowledgeable. She was great at listening to my needs and working with me on a variety of methods to help. We concentrated on some issues with sleep and she got me started with a couple different herbal remedies that helped and she also worked with me on some other practical things that I could try to help getting to sleep. She is very aware of the connection between spirit, soul, and body and the need to address issues of our whole being. I highly recommend her.

Meagan is so easy to talk to. She offers many explanations for her protocols and makes them easy to understand. Meagan's way of meeting her clients where they are and providing them with options and choices is refreshingly inclusive especially for those who want to have a say in their own wellness journey.

Meagan is an amazing health practitioner. She is patient, kind and has a wealth of knowledge. I love how she sends the research for you to decide on your own what the best protocol is for you. As with anything new, sometimes it can be overwhelming and Meagan's options help you to grasp next steps in your journey to health and wholeness!

First cup of mourning tea! I was feeling pretty nervous to try this because I’ve been in one of the most heart breaking seasons of my life & have been grieving a lot. But today, I put some Tammy Sorenson on, sat back & drank with an open heart. To my surprise, I felt a lot of calmness & peace come up while drinking. I also felt warmth & a sense of comfort that helped relax my body a lot. I’m not a tea drinker, so the fact that this tea taste great is a definite bonus! Overall, my first experience was relaxing, calming & peaceful! Thank you, Meagan! I’m excited to keep using it!

Meagan recommended a couple of options for me. As it turned out, the first option helped at first but then stopped working, so I moved on to the second. That has worked extremely well for me. Meagan was able to help me, which is good. I appreciate that and I'd recommend her for that alone. But, there is much more to her practice than success. Meagan listens extremely well. I never felt awkward, I felt at all times I had been heard.

As I took my first sip, I felt refreshed and renewed. As I kept drinking, I allowed my grief to surface and invited my spirit forward to drink with me. I begin to feel joy. As I kept sipping more and more of the tea, I felt a child part come up to the surface and just wanted to feel joy with me. I suddenly felt like a child who just wanted to dance and sing. I was doing so without even realizing it but I had a smile on my face.

My calls with Meagan are well worth the time and resources. She gives me visual tools and asks just the right questions for ME to evaluate areas of my life and guides me towards goals to gain balance. I not only leave our calls excited about progress I’ve gained but with more joy bc she helps me notice the little things I may have missed. And for this I am grateful!

Spirit Forward Living was life-changing. It set me on a whole new course of life.
