For over four years we struggled.

Meagan was bedridden for nearly a year – once she even had a full body seizure. I could barely work a desk job, and walked with a limp.

We were desperate to get better.

We got really aggressive with treatment – and felt worse. “It is part of the process”. So we continued.

We tried just about everything there was to try. A lot of things helped, but progress was slow – too slow. And we were spending a small fortune trying to find the silver bullet. But our mindset was still wrong – we were still tackling the issue from an allopathic perspective. Something had to change.

After years of fighting, Meagan figured it out: we had to tackle the roots of the issue so our body could take care of itself.

And so she started digging. The more she dug, the more she realized something was very wrong with our food. It wasn’t very long before she started becoming very selective in what she ate. And suddenly, the symptoms that plagued her for years started going away – quickly.

I was less keen on changing my diet. And so I continued to struggle, continued to chase the issues with medicine with limited progress. Finally, I gave in. I had finally become sick of the ‘food’ that was making me sick.

In six months I made more progress than I had in the previous three years combined - all because I changed what I ate.

We learned the hard way what it took to get healthy – what the real cause of our chronic condition was. Ultimately, we could have saved a lot of money, time, and suffering had we known then what we know now. But the important thing was we got better. The same could not be said for a lot of other people we saw.

So we decided to do something about it.
